    Joint Replacement Training for shoulders, hips and knees. Incorporating resistance bands and varying change in range of motion.

    Menopause Fitness Training incorporating management of symptoms and safe and effective strength training. Providing motivation, support and empowerment.

    Brain Based Movement incorporates motor control exercises for brain activation.

    Fall Prevention incorporates balance, vision, vestibular and proprioception drills.

  • Nutritional Consulting.

    One-on-one interview.

    Review of 3-4 day food and beverage log. Providing education on deficients and guidance to improve dietary habits and overall health.

    Working toward a balanced wellness wheel -hydration, supplementation, sleep, work/play, and support.
